With the 2008 elections coming up, we now have two democratic candidates campaigning for hope and change, along universal health coverage, while health care is largely absent from the Republican rhetoric. We live in a country that's split along a wide spectrum; the ends range from a radical overhaul of our employer-based system to change towards one in which people contribute towards private savings accounts.
- Do you think radical change is possible?
- How do the health care proposals of the two Democratic candidates compare? How about with the Republican candidate?
- Should we opt for incremental or more rapid, revolutionary change?
